Rules and payments: Bedlinens, towels and cleanings for a week costs Euro 50 for each pajara. The guests have to give them at the arrival directly to the cleanings lady. We also keep a security deposit of Euro 200 for each pajara ,that has to be given at the arrival.This security deposit will be given back after we have verified that no damages have been made to the apartment and to the furnitures. Possible discounts are based on number of people and duration of vacancy. The booking fee is 50% of the rental amount.The rest of the rent will be sent seven days before the arrival date. That makes you elegible of the refund of 50% of your booking fee. In case your stay will be made shorter for no reasons we will allow refunds.
